AV Support
Gateway Support
For help with classrooms, and meeting, huddle, and focus rooms, there is dedicated Gateway AV staff to help. They can address functional problems with room technology. Contact cdss-facilities@berkeley.edu or the helpdesk at 510-502-6031. For persistent issues, create an AV ticket with CDSS Facilities.
You can also reach out to SCF staff as we may be able to resolve connectivity issues if the equipment is otherwise working.
Departmental Rooms
Some departmental rooms have projectors, large displays, wireless media casting, and video conferencing. We have provided room-specific instructions.
General assignment classrooms
We also have some guidance on A/V in general assignment classrooms, including recording classes via Course Capture and Zoom and using Zoom in the classroom for hybrid teaching.
