Whether you are a Berkeley alumna or alumnus hoping to help out your alma mater, or are simply wondering how your support can make a difference, you have come to the right place. You can help ensure the department continues to be a leading Statistics program in the nation, meeting our mission of educating leaders, creating knowledge, and serving society.
A gift from you will play a foundational role in helping to build for our future, and for the future of the many students who continue to come to our doors expecting to find a stimulating learning environment and first-class teaching resources.
There are many ways of making charitable contributions to our department. Depending on the amount of the gift, desired frequency of your donations, and other personal preferences, we can find the best options for your gift. If you would like to discuss your gift, please contact the department manager.
You may also donate to already established gift funds. Your contribution can be made easily and securely by using the University specialized webpages. You can read about the purpose of each gift fund by checking our list of gift funds where you will also find links to the pages where you can make your donation.
Our graduate students association, the SGSA, is also looking for donors. If you do not choose a special fund, your donation will go to the Friends of Statistics Fund by default, a general purpose fund.
