We are excited to share the news that Professor Ryan Tibshirani is the 2022 recipient of the prestigious Mortimer Spiegelman Award.

The Mortimer Spiegelman Award is presented annually by the American Public Health Association (APHA) Applied Public Health Statistics Section to honor a statistician younger than 40 in the calendar year of the award who has made outstanding contributions to health statistics, especially public health statistics. The award was established in 1970 and is presented annually at the APHA Annual Meeting.
