Evans Hall Access and Policies

Card Access to Evans Hall
Evans Hall is open to the public during business hours. Cal1 card access will be needed to access the building outside of the regular business hours.
Fall Semester 2023 Business Hours
- Mondays - Thursdays, 7:40 am - 10 pm
- Fridays, 7:40 am - 6 pm
- Closed Saturdays and Sundays
Statistics community members who would like after hours access to Evans Hall may request card key access by filling out this form and following the instructions below for Card Access to Evans Hall. (MA students please contact David Apilado for information about access)
Masks
Masks are currently recommended but optional.
Vaccination Mandate
The UC Vaccine Policy requires that you stay up to date with vaccines recommended by the CDC.
Covid
The CDC currently recommends to get at least 1 bivalent mRNA COVID-19 vaccine.
Effective June 6, 2023, the UC Berkeley COVID-19 vaccine requirements now includes an opt-out/declination option for meeting the requirement.
The University’s requirement is either completion of a WHO-approved COVID-19 primary vaccine series OR submission of a declination form. Submit your vaccination record or submit the declination form on eTang.

Required Training Courses
These training courses must be completed by all faculty and staff, and by any student who is hired as an employee (GSR, GSI, Reader, Tutor, etc.) at least once before coming to campus. A certificate will be issued upon completion.
