The roles of Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS) and reasons to join

In this talk, I will give an overview of IMS' activities and make a case
for graduate students in statistics and machine learning to join IMS
with a free membership. I'd also like to hear suggestions from the audience
on how IMS could improve.
